The real estate agency Immobilnova was founded 25 years ago by Silvio Grilli. Initially operating in the Emilia Romagna region, more precisely in the Val Taro, among the hills of Parma, the agency was born from the need of the territory to let know and promote their properties.
From the beginning the idea turned out to be a great success. In those years the way of working was different, the few media, specialized magazines and word of mouth; internet was just starting and used by a few.
With the support of the agency, construction activity began with the building of houses of a certain quality and the direct sales.
Meanwhile, the founder, at the request of customers, opened a second agency in Tuscany, based in Pontremoli, where together with the support of his brother Enrico, who lived for several years in London, began selling stone houses to national and international clients, in particular English.
Today Immobilnova is renewed, thanks to the professional figure of the doctor in marketing Davide Mannoni, able to relate with foreign clients with fluent english, giving continuity to the work done until today.
